VEN-U Sensor Wireless High Temperature Sensor with Stainless Steel Cable and Probe by LRS measures temperatures up to 572°F using a 6” stainless steel conical probe. Ideal for restaurants measuring temperatures inside cooked foods or heated liquids. Using a VEN-U probe helps validate foods are at the right temperature to ensure food safety and excellence. Receive an alert when temperatures are outside of acceptable thresholds; and data stored gives you reporting to offer detailed automated recordings during health inspector visits.
