Return Policy

  • Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is not refundable): initiated request within 15 days of LRS ship date, and product returned to LRS within 30 days of LRS ship date 
  • Return for replacement: applicable to only item(s) covered under LRS Manufacturer’s Warranty, see separate warranty policy for more information  
Unless another return policy is indicated for an item, products manufactured and sold by LRS, LLC are covered by the following return policy.  All returns under Return Policy require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused. 
 
All returns must include the following: 
  1. Original packaging (manufacturer’s box, plastic coverings, instructions, etc.)
  2. Original intact labeling and materials. Do not cut or remove components. Removal of any labels, components, or materials voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status. 
  3. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required on every return package. You can obtain the RMA by contacting support@lrsus.com, please have your Invoice Number or Sales Order Number available. 
  4. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. 
  5. The return must be complete and include all accessories (items, antennas, cords, batteries, etc.). 
  6. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, or other information). 
  7. RMA number written on the invoice or exterior of shipping box; NOT on original manufacturer’s packaging. 
Any LRS product has a minimum 90-day manufacturer warranty starting from the invoice date. Item(s) return is only allowed if initiated within 15 days of the LRS ship date, and received by LRS within 30 days from the original ship date. We only offer exchange for any items out of the 30-day return period per the item or system’s remaining warranty period. All exchanges under LRS' Manufacturer's Warranties require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for the returns sent to our Returns Warehouse. After we receive the returns, our warehouse will process the exchange within 15 days. We will be responsible for all shipping charges to deliver your replacement
